All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Comments and automated moderation
When you choose to submit a comment, WordPress stores the form data, IP address, and browser user-agent for moderation and security. The displayed author name and complete comment text may be sent to OpenAI for automated safety, spam, toxicity, and sentiment analysis. SharpTutor stores moderation labels and technical request/response previews; the latter are configured for time-based deletion. Do not put special-category or other sensitive personal data in a comment. A human administrator remains responsible for moderation decisions and can review or change automated results.
The site owner must record the applicable lawful basis, OpenAI contractual role, transfer safeguard, and comment-retention schedule. If you object to an automated moderation result, contact the privacy address above and request human review.
Your data rights and choices
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing; and complain to your supervisory authority. UK visitors can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office. EEA visitors may contact the authority where they live or work. Identity checks may be required before fulfilling a request.
SharpTutor does not currently use behavioural advertising or sell/share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
